Shipping is free within the Continental US. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping rates to other locations. We guarantee damage free merchandise and work hard to package the art carefully to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within three (3) days at ceramicjenn@gmail.com or call 404-931-6574 and leave a message. Please save all packaging and photograph the damaged artwork and packaging to allow us to quickly file a claim and process your refund.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction and want you to love your art. You have seven (7) days from the time your package arrives to see the artwork in your setting and decide whether or not it is a fit for you. If it doesn't feel right for you or you aren't satisfied in any way, you may return it for a full refund on the price of the art. Please contact us at ceramic@gmail.com for help with packaging and shipping your return. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Commission work is art that is custom made for a specific person or location. If you see a sculpture of mine that would be perfect for you if specific things were changed, I may be able to create a custom piece just to your specifications. I love making commission pieces, because I usually get to know the people for whom the work is being made, and am able to think of them as I am creating.
This personal connection is very inspiring to me. Prices for pieces vary according to size, materials and labor requirements. My smallest sculptural pieces begin at about $500, and most of my sculptures range from about $1000 to $5,000 or more. A deposit of half of the final price is required upon initiation of work.
